Continuity Intelligence for Claude and ChatGPT
Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your Continuity Intelligence findings: which help-center articles, web pages and training materials are out of date, why, and what to change. Both read the same findings as your dashboard, with the same DR numbers.
Who can use it
Continuity Intelligence customers. You need your team's dashboard name and either your work email (if your company signs in with email) or your dashboard password. If you don't have these, ask the person who shares your Continuity Intelligence dashboard, or email [email protected].
The connector is read-only: Claude can look up findings, screenshots and scan history. It can't change your content, your dashboard, or your review decisions.
Set it up
Claude on the web, desktop or mobile
- Open Settings → Connectors (on Team and Enterprise plans an owner adds it once, under organization settings).
- Find Continuity Intelligence in the directory, or choose Add custom connector and paste this URL (leave the advanced OAuth fields empty):
https://dashboard.continuityintelligence.com/api/mcp - Select Connect. A Continuity Intelligence sign-in page opens.
- Sign in (see below) and select Connect. You're returned to Claude.
Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http continuity-intelligence https://dashboard.continuityintelligence.com/api/mcp
Then run /mcp in Claude Code, pick continuity-intelligence and choose Authenticate. The sign-in page opens in your browser.
ChatGPT
- Find Continuity Intelligence in ChatGPT's plugin directory and select Connect.
- Or add it yourself: turn on Settings → Security and login → Developer mode (your plan or workspace admin must allow it), open Plugins, select +, and enter this URL:
https://dashboard.continuityintelligence.com/api/mcp - Sign in on the Continuity Intelligence page that opens, then select Connect.
Signing in
- With your work email (when your company has it turned on): enter your email, type the one-time code we send you, then select Connect.
- With the dashboard password: enter your dashboard name (for example
wellsaid), your name, and the dashboard password.
Each person connects separately, and every sign-in is recorded with the person's name or email. Your connection stays signed in and renews automatically for up to 30 days of inactivity.
Things to ask
- What should we fix first in our help center?
- What's new since the last scan, and what did we fix?
- Is anything about SSO or single sign-on out of date?
- Show me DR-0012 with its screenshot, and draft the corrected paragraph.
- Which findings haven't been reviewed yet? Group them by page.
- How has the number of out-of-date pages changed over our last five scans?
What Claude and ChatGPT can see
| Tool | What it returns |
|---|---|
| Scan summary | Latest scan date, pages checked, findings by severity, what's new or fixed since the previous scan, and review progress |
| List findings | Findings with DR numbers, filtered by severity, new this scan, or review status |
| Search findings | Findings matching words such as "pricing" or "voice library", or a DR number |
| Get finding | What the page says now, why it's out of date, the suggested fix, where the correct information lives, and other affected pages |
| Get finding screenshot | The screenshot with the out-of-date part highlighted, when there is one |
| Scan history | Every scan with its counts |
Findings are advisory. Check a finding against your live content before you change it.
Data and privacy
- What Claude or ChatGPT receives: only what you or Claude ask for from your own findings: finding text, page titles and URLs, screenshots, scan counts and review status. The same information your dashboard shows.
- What we store: the name or email you sign in with, which app connected, and when; your sign-in tokens (stored only in scrambled, one-way form); and an activity record of sign-ins and hourly use, kept for 90 days. We don't receive your conversations or questions.
- What we never do: read your chat history, memory or files; or let one company's connection see another company's findings.
- Disconnect: remove the connection in Claude's or ChatGPT's settings at any time. Changing your dashboard password disconnects everyone on your team who signed in with it, in both apps.

Troubleshooting
| "That dashboard name and password don't match" | Check the dashboard name is the part after the slash in your dashboard address (for example wellsaid in /wellsaid/). After 10 wrong tries, wait 15 minutes. |
| Claude or ChatGPT says it needs to reconnect | Your dashboard password was changed, or you haven't used the connector for 30 days. Connect again with the current details. |
| "This dashboard requires signing in with your work email" | Your company has turned on work-email sign-in. Use your company email address. |
| A DR number can't be found | DR numbers refer to the latest scan. Ask for a list of current findings. |
